That’s true whether we’re designing a family home, a municipal facility, or a shared-use community kitchen. We believe reliability and transparency aren’t perks, they’re baseline expectations.

We work with nonprofits, municipalities, and families who are building for something bigger than themselves. Our projects span the social services sector, performing arts, food hubs, and industrial facilities. From accessible restrooms that actually meet real-world needs to research-informed designs for neurodiverse users, we prioritize impact over ego and community over convention.

Our seven-person team is small, by design. It keeps us agile, collaborative, and able to give each project the thoughtful, grounded attention it deserves. You won’t find black holes here - just original thinking, honest dialogue, and a lot of earned trust.
